Thai Sweet Chili & Sriracha Shrimp with Grand Marnier Dipping Sauce

This Thai Sweet Chili & Sriracha Shrimp recipe can be made in less than 30 minutes. Excellent as an appetizer or served as a meal with rice and broccoli.

This recipe is a little sweet from the sweet chili sauce, orange juice and Grand Marnier and a little spicy from the Sriracha Hot Sauce.

Ingredients:
• 2 lbs shrimp, deveined and shells removed
• ½ cup Thai Chili Sauce
• ¼ cup orange juice
• 3 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons garlic paste
• 3 tablespoons Grand Marnier
• 1 tablespoon Ass Kickin' Sriracha Hot Sauce
• ¼ teaspoon black Pepper
• 2 tablespoons butter


Over medium heat, add the chili sauce and orange juice. Mix well.

Stir in the remaining ingredients excluding the shrimp, pepper, butter and Grand Marnier.

After the sauce is mixed well, reduce the heat o medium low, add the shrimp and pepper. Add the Grand Marnier and butter. Mix well. Cook approximately 5 minutes until the shrimp are pink.

Remove the shrimp from the sauce. Continue cooking the sauce for 2-4 minutes until thickened.

Add the sauce to a small bowl for dipping the shrimp.
