Shimp 4 Ways in Char-Broil's Big Easy Oil Less Fryer

Let's cook some shrimp in Char-Broil's Big Easy Oil-less Fryer! We are making four different shrimp recipes including Red Curry, Garlic Honey, Ginger Sesame and Citrus Garlic. These four recipes are really simple to prepare and packed full of flavor.

First, mix the marinade together and place the shrimp in the marinade. Then after a minimum of 1 hour marinating, cook the shrimp in the Big Easy Oil-less Fryer on high heat. It only takes about 8 minutes and you are ready to eat your shrimp. Now, let’s get started.

  • 4 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Marinades as described below

Garlic-Honey Shrimp Marinade Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Garlic Honey Shrimp

Citrus Garlic Shrimp Marinade Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • Pinch Kosher salt & pepper
  • Pinch smoked Paprika

Lemon Garlic Shrimp


  1. Mix the ingredients for each marinade in a 1-gallon Ziploc bag.
  2. Split the shrimp into 4 portions and add to each marinade bag.
  3. Refrigerate the bags for a minimum of 1 hour and up to 6 hours.
  4. Remove the shrimp from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Thread the shrimp on the Big Easy skewers and place in the Oil-less Fryer
  6. With the Big Easy Oil-less Fryer on high heat, cook the shrimp for 8 minutes or until done.
  7. Remove from the fryer and serve!
