The Reaper is coming to sneak up on your taste buds with an extreme heat. Our hot sauces are made with our own grown peppers and no extracts so you can feel the flavor and heat without feeling like the reaper is coming for you.

The Carolina Reaper pepper is at present the hottest pepper all over the world with rating of 1,569,300 Scoville heat units. The Carolina Reaper pepper is bright red in color and measures 1.5 to 2 inches in length.

This hottest pepper features a shape significant to the Naga Scorpion pepper from Trinidad and the Carolina reaper normally features a stinger located at the tip. It has a vivid red skin, an oily or waxy sheen and a rough texture. We harvest the pepper at their hottest stage when it becomes bright red.
