Kettlewood Oakwood Smoke Caramel Barbecue Sauce is a medium to heavy flavor, but seldom overpowering Kansas City-style sauce.

There are few better woods to use for smoking meats than oak. We paired the rich smoke flavors of the oak tree with the indulgent flavor of caramel for a sweet and bold experience. Best used on lamb, beef, brisket & sausages.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Ask a Question
  • Using Oakwood smoke, WhAT TEMPERATURE AND how long should I cook a rack of ribs?

For babyback, try 225 degrees F. Smoke 2 hours unwrapped, then wrap with a little apple juice for 2 hours, then unwrap and cook for 1 more hour while saucing the last 30 minutes. This is a guideline. Lots of factors can influence the total cook time. Could take longer. We have several rib videos on our YouTube channel.
