Returns

Unfortunatley, we cannot accept food item returns because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, too many items ordered or wanted to try an item and then did not prefer the flavor. Food items cannot be restock and they cannot be resold. Please make sure your order is correct before completing your order on our website.

Damaged Items

We take every measure to pack your order carefully. Although we have years of shipping experience, sometimes the shipper may damage the package in a very small percentage of shipments.

Shipping damage is covered by our Customer Satisfaction guarantee, but you must immediately send us an email with a picture of the damage item(s) to sales@armadillopepper.com.

Proof of damage must be provided. Unfortunately, no refunds or reshipments will be provided without proof of damage.
