  • Shipping & Delivery

  • We try to ship all orders within 24 to 36 hours, unless specifically stated otherwise in the product description. During the holiday season, your order may take up to 4 days to process. 

    Shipping costs are dependent on weight and the destination. We offer in-store Pick-Up as well as USPS and FedEx shipping options.

    United States Postal Service

    • USPS Priority: typically 2 to 3 day delivery
    • USPS Parcel Post: typically 4 to 8 days
    • USPS First Class Mail: this is available on orders that are less than 13 ounces in weight, including packaging. Average delivery time is 3 days in the Continental U.S.

    FedEx

    • FedEx Home Delivery: 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
    • FedEx 2 Day: By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences).
    • FedEx Express Saver - Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m. in 3 business days.
    • FedEx Priority Overnight - Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas; by noon, 1:30 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays.

Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Armadillo Pepper is not responsible for any customs, duties and import fees.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Armadillo Pepper is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

    Jerky - We do not ship Jerky to the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.

    Honey - Due to various import restrictions, we do not ship honey to international destinations.

    All of our products are backed with our 100% no-hassle, satisfaction guarantee. After receiving your items, you have 14 days to decide if you want to make a return. Within those 14 days, if you decide to return any of your items, please just send us a notification email and return the unused portion to us. We will refund your purchase price or exchange it for a different item (your choice).
