For flat rate and free shipping, Armadillo Pepper will use USPS Priority, FedEx or UPS at our discretion. Please note: We cannot honor flat rating or free shipping to PO Boxes or APO addresses. Please provide a non-PO Box shipping address,

FREE Shipping for Sauce and Jerky of the Month Orders regardless of order value (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

We try to ship all orders within 2 business days, unless specifically stated otherwise in the product description. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

During the holiday season (and a few days after the holiday season), your order may take longer than 2 business days to process. 

NOTE: A street address is required for all FedEx/UPS orders. FedEx/UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

NOTE: Please ensure the shipping address is correct when placing your order. Armadillo Pepper is not responsible for any increased shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses for your order.

United States Postal Service (USPS)

• USPS Priority: typically 2 to 3 day delivery after order shipment, but up to 5 days in some cases. This shipping transit duration excludes the order processing time referenced above. USPS does not guarantee Priority or First Class delivery times.
• For USPS shipping times, visit this USPS website link and enter 32065 for the "shipping from" zip code.

FedEx/UPS

FedEx Business and Home Delivery: 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping duration is in addition to shipment processing times (typically 1-2 days). FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
