Tupelo honey is a very mild, smooth honey, light golden-amber color with a complex floral taste.
Tupelo Honey is only produced commercially in the Florida panhandle where the Tupelo Tree grows. Tupelo trees have fragrant blossoms and grow along the rivers in the Florida panhandle.
This Tupelo honey is produced in Florida by Jim and Betty B of The Honey Company. Jim has been in the honey business since childhood. He started out as a beekeeper and now owns a full time honey packaging business using only the best honeys from North Florida beekeepers.
