This all natural Jamaican Jerk seasoning is made with Jamaican Pimento, Thyme, Ginger, Black Pepper, gourmet Sea Salt, and Cayenne Pepper along with other herbs and spices. The aroma of Jamaica's finest Allspice balances perfectly with the heat of chilies creates the complex flavor and aroma we know as Jerk.
Highly aromatic and flavorful. You can also mix this Jerk Seasoning with citrus or olive oil to make wet rubs and marinades.
