Raw Tupelo Honey from Peace River Bees. Raw honey is not processed and contains about 22 amino acids, over 5,000 enzymes and seven vitamins of the B complex group.
Tupelo honey is a very mild and smooth honey with a light golden-amber color. Tupelo has a complex floral taste and is the only honey that will not crystalize.
Tupelo Honey is only produced commercially in the Florida panhandle. Tupelo trees grow along wtih rivers in the Florida panhndle and fragrant blossoms that bloom in spring.
