This buffalo jerky is cut a bit thicker than our Hickory Smoked and makes for a more tender jerky. Our Smoked Spicy Buffalo Jerky has a few peppers and red hots on it to add just a bit of heat. It is also preservative free.
Climax Smoked Spicy Buffalo Jerky is made from whole muscle, not chopped and formed. The folks at Climax Jerky started their jerky business 10 years ago on top of Freemont Pass across from the Climax Mine in Colorado. All their Buffalo Jerky is oven roasted, juicy and more tender than you will find anywhere.
Ingredients: Buffalo, water, salt, brown sugar, spices, soy sauce, flavorings. No Fillers.
