Scuppernong Jelly from North Carolina.
Named after the Scuppernong River, this is the state fruit of North Carolina. Considered a white grape, the skin is usually green to bronze and thick, and the grape is often larger than other varieties. The very sweet rich flavor and aroma are intoxicating.
The jelly is divine on biscuits or used as a glaze for meats.
Ingredients: Scuppernong Juice, Pure Cane Sugar, Pectin, Citric Acid
