Plumb Chef Haitian Love Rub Seasoning is a special blend of spices including curry and tomato with garlic and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Great on vegetables, rice and seafood.
Also, shake Love Rub on chicken breasts, pork chops, pork roasts, shrimp and scallops. Makes an awesome Fish Seasoning.
Add Haitian Love Rub to Italian Bread Dough or Foccocia Dough. Dice potatoes, mix with Olive Oil and Haitian Love Rub....then, bake until soft.
To make a Love Rub Dip, use 1 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup mayo and 2 teaspoons of Love Rub.
This unique blend of spices was created by Plump Chef for the children at All of God's Children Orphanage in Fedja, Haiti. Plump Chef was visiting the orphanage when the earthquake struck Haiti. A portion of the proceeds from Love Rub goes directly towards feeding the kids at All of God's Children Orphanage.
