Minorcan Datil Pepper Extra Hot Sauce from Minorcan Datil Products.
The Minorcans migrated to St. Augustine in 1777, bringing with them the seeds of their Datil Pepper. The Datil Pepper is unique to the St. Augustine area. Today, Datil Peppers are still used in the Minorcan cooking of chicken pilau and homemade sausage.
Ingredients: Tomatoes, Onions, Honey, Vinegar, Bell Peppers, Brown Sugar, Datil Peppers, Worcestershire Sauce, Molasses, Salt and Pepper.
