Iron Works BBQ Hamburger Seasoning is a family recipe that will bring your hamburgers to life! This hamburger seasoning is the same seasoning used by the Iron Work Barbecue. From Austin, Texas.

IWB Famous Burgers
Ingredients:
- Two to three pounds of Hamburger Meat
- 6 Tbsp. IWB's Hamburger Seasoning
Directions:
Blend the Hamburger Meat and 6Tbsp of IWB's Hamburger Seasoning together. Make the Hamburger Patties Grill for ten minutes on both sides or until desired at 250 degrees. Place on bun and add condiments. For a Texas burger we recommend adding the Iron Works BBQ Regular or Spicy Sauce.
