Hot Country Chow-Chow Relish from Forge Mountain.
This hot Chow Chow Relish is a delicious mixture of chopped cabbage, peppers, onions, spices and vinegar.
It is most often served as relish with dry beans, and we found its a great hot dog topping! Our hot version has an extra shot of peppers for extra zing.
Ingredients: Cabbage, Peppers, Onion, Vinegar, Pure Cane Sugar, Spice, Salt
