Have you all gone wild and wanted a seasoning to tame it down a bit? Created for the serious hunter in mind. The size of the game doesn’t matter; it’s how you season it.
This seasoning is made from ginger, thyme, juniper and more. It will do the job for your venison, elk, buffalo, rabbit, squirrel....and even your armadillo. Don't tell anyone, but we even like this one on chicken and ribs. Of course they were wild chickens and wild boars. For best results, season at least a few hours before cooking. Go Wild!
Ingredients: Salt, pepper, sugar (brown and white), paprika, onion, garlic, annatto, juniper, ginger, thyme, chile pepper, fennel and dill seed.
