Betty B has been making wonderful fruit jellies and pepper jellies in North Florida for a long time. Betty uses the freshest ingredients and makes her pepper jellies in small batches to control flavor and quality.
Betty B's jellies are a very popular Festival item and are "sold out" by the end of any Florida Festival.
Datil Peppers have been grown in the St Augustine, FL area since the mid 1770's and are a bit milder than a Habanero.
Each jar Net Weight is 9 oz.
