Mad John's Barbeque Baby Back Ribs Recipe
Remove ribs from package, rinse with cold water and dry. Rub both sides of the ribs with a thin coat of vegetable oil.
Rub in 1 ½ tablespoons of Old Florida Style Barbeque rub on each side of the ribs. Place on a cookie sheet, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate over night.
Pre heat an oven to 275 degrees. Unwrap the pan of ribs and add ½ cup of water to the bottom of the pan. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and cook for 3 hours. Uncover and carefully dump off the liquid. Place ribs on a preheated char grill and brush on Old Florida Style Honey Barbeque Sauce. You only need to caramelize the sauce. Be careful not to burn the sauce. Serve!
