Ingredients
* 2 thinly sliced apples
* 4 ounce smoked thick sliced ham
* 2 slices thick cut sour dough bread
* 2 slices thick smoked apple flavor bacon
* 1 slice Cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat grill. Grill ham over hot coals. Brush both sides of ham with Big Jake’s Apple Honey BBQ Sauce. Butter both sides of sour dough bread and place on grill – toast both sides. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of ham, close grill to melt cheese.
Remove from grill. Place ham on a slice of sour dough bread, layer with bacon and apple, top with remaining slice of sour dough bread.
