Especially good on any chicken or pork, but lots of people enjoy it on salmon also. heat it up and pour over baked brie, serve with crackers or over cream cheese.

Bear-Man Maple Pork Chops
- 4 (5 ounce) boneless center-cut pork loin chops
- Bear-Man Tummy Rub to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 cup Bear-Man Sap-Happy Golden Bear Maple Sauce
- In a large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Dry the pork chops and season with Bear-Man Tummy Rub.
- Lightly brown each side of the pork chops, about 3 - 4 minutes per side. Cook until done.
- Transfer pork chops to a platter.
- Pour off excess oil from pan. Add the water and return pan to heat.
- Use a wooden spoon to scrape up any brown bits that cling to the pan. Stir in the Sap-Happy Golden Bear Maple Sauce and cook until the mixture is syrupy, about 5 minutes.
- Pour sauce over pork chops and serve!
